Donkey Kong, also referred to as Donkey or DK for short, is the primary protagonist of the Donkey Kong series. He is the unflappable, obstinate, and dependable hero of Donkey Kong Island, as well as the head of the Kong family. Additionally, he has been a main racer in the Mario Kart series ever since Mario Kart 64.
